Welcome to Zed Labs, a trading name of Zed Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 89 633 273 177) ("Zed Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). a. Use of AI: Our Services use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to generate legal content, insights, and recommendations. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of our AI-generated content, we do not guarantee that such content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
b. Review by Qualified Professionals: AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by qualified legal professionals before being relied upon. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated content without proper professional review.
c. Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of your data used for AI training and generation in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that AI systems may generate content that inadvertently incorporates elements of your data. We will take reasonable steps to prevent such occurrences and to remove any confidential information from AI-generated content.
5. Legal Services
a. Attorney-Client Relationship: By using our legal services, you may form an attorney-client relationship with Zed Labs. The scope and nature of this relationship will be governed by a separate engagement agreement. These Terms do not modify or supersede any engagement agreement you enter into with us.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zed Labs and our directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of our legal services or any reliance on the advice we provide.
c. Jurisdiction: Our legal services are provided in accordance with the laws of Australia. We do not represent that our services are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. If you access a third-party service through our Services, you do so at your own risk, and you agree that we have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party service.
7. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. Termination will not limit any of Zed Labs' rights or remedies at law or in equity.

11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
